Kit Consulting: Data Analysis Advisory (Basic)

The main objective of this service is to provide you with a basic data analysis plan tailored to the needs of your SME. You will learn the required investment and the necessary measures for its adoption. In addition, your learning in data extraction and analysis processes will be prioritized.

Activities

The Authorized Digital Advisor will be responsible for carrying out a series of activities to ensure the correct implementation of the basic data analysis plan:

• Identify the data within your SME that improves understanding of the available information.
• Analyze the different artificial intelligence tool options for exploiting and visualizing data, recommending the one that best suits the current situation of your SME and the investment required for its adoption.
• Establish valuable information from data processing using artificial intelligence algorithms.
• Advise you on data exploitation through the selected tool.
• Optionally, advise you on data governance, management, and data quality management processes in accordance with UNE Specifications 0077 “Data Governance,” 0078 “Data Management,” and 0079 “Data Quality Management.”
• Develop and execute a business-adapted use case in data analysis (basic level).
• Identify opportunities or possible uses of AI in the field of data analysis.

Amount of aid

• 10 < 50 employees: 6.000€
• 50 < 100 employees: 6.000€
• 100 < 250 employees: 6.000€

To justify the service provided, the corresponding technical documentation and the results obtained must be submitted, in accordance with the provisions established in article 31.6a) of this order.
