Activities

The Authorized Digital Advisor will be responsible for carrying out a series of activities to ensure the proper improvement of your SME’s strategy and performance:

• Analyze your current business intelligence situation to assess needs, identify gaps in the use of business intelligence technologies, and detect opportunities for improvement.
• Propose recommendations to develop analytical skills and foster a culture of decision-making based on data processing with artificial intelligence algorithms in the current competitive landscape.
• Advise you on incorporating advanced machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data mining techniques and tools, understanding the specific characteristics of your SME and aligning them with your business objectives.
• Define with you a medium- and long-term strategy for the implementation and optimization of business intelligence focused on improving performance.
• Design and execute a use case that demonstrates the effectiveness of competitor analysis techniques to improve business strategy and performance.
• Identify opportunities or possible uses of AI in the field of business strategy and performance.

• 10 < 50 employees: 6.000€
• 50 < 100 employees: 6.000€
• 100 < 250 employees: 6.000€

To justify the service provided, the corresponding technical documentation and the results obtained must be submitted, in accordance with the provisions established in article 31.6a) of this order.
