The main objective of this category is to provide you with a service that combines EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) and MDR (Managed Detection and Response) techniques to detect cybersecurity incidents in real time and address them as quickly and effectively as possible.

Features and services

• Initial installation and configuration: of the security tools so that you can detect, interrupt, and respond quickly to threats.

• Detection and response at endpoints: servers, PCs, laptops, mobile phones… The implemented solution must be capable of detecting and responding at these points, with EDR protection being provided either together with the rest of the components of the implemented solution or integrated with existing EDR solutions already deployed on the endpoints.

• Sources to be monitored: the implemented solution must protect against threats affecting various company sources such as endpoints or cloud solutions.

• Threat alerts: this service will alert your company’s contacts immediately after possible threats have been detected.

• Availability of a team of experts: responsible for answering any questions related to the service. They will also carry out continuous analysis and monitoring of the generated alerts.

• 24x7x365 monitoring:  the service will be operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

• Threat hunting, containment, and response: the service will actively search for possible threats, preventing, interrupting, and responding to potential attacks. This will stop them from spreading to other parts of your company’s network.

• Monthly monitoring reports: reports will be generated on detected incidents and root causes, as well as on the company’s security status.

• Direct assistance: in the event of a security incident, you will have access to a direct telephone line with the service team to clarify any issues that arise following an attack.

• First: 70 %
• Second: 30 %

Maximum amount of the grant

• 50* ≤ X < 100 employees: 200€/device (up to 99 devices)
• 100 ≤ X < 250 employees: 200€/device (up to 145 devices)

* Segment IV includes companies with fewer than 50 employees that are considered medium-sized enterprises due to exceeding an annual turnover and annual balance sheet total of €10 million.
