Activities


The Authorized Digital Advisor will be responsible for carrying out a series of activities to ensure the correct implementation of your digital sales improvement plan:


  • Analyze the current situation of your SME in terms of digital sales, social media positioning, and internet presence.
  • Raise employee awareness about the importance of online sales and digital marketing techniques.
  • Define a medium- and long-term online sales and digital presence strategy (social media, search engine positioning, Google Analytics, etc.), using AI-based predictive models.
  • Develop and execute a use case tailored to your SME using the appropriate artificial intelligence techniques in the area of digital sales.
  • Identify opportunities or possible uses of AI in the field of digital sales.


Amount of aid


  • 10 < 50 employees: 6.000€
  • 50 < 100 employees: 6.000€
  • 100 < 250 employees: 6.000€


To justify the service provided, the corresponding technical documentation and the results obtained must be submitted, in accordance with the provisions established in article 31.6a) of this order.
