Process Management with Associated AI

The main objective of this category is to digitize and/or automate business processes related to the operational or productive aspects of beneficiary companies through artificial intelligence (AI) training specialized in process management.

Features and services

Process and workflow automation: the solution must allow the digitalization and/or automation of end-to-end processes (horizontal or vertical), as well as other internal process management functionalities.

Integration with various platforms: the solution must have APIs or Web Services for integration with other tools.

Updatable: the solution must be updatable with new versions.

Scalable: the solution must be able to adapt to possible growth or changes in the SME’s business structure.

Training in the fundamentals of generative AI for process management: training sessions to prepare employees around the functionalities described above, which will include:

Basic fundamentals: an introduction to current regulations and the ethical and security risks involved.
Specific training in: automation and optimization of workflows (accounting and finance, invoicing, projects, inventory, purchasing and payments, human resources, logistics, and others), financial management, data interpretation, and continuous learning.
Duration: the training will have a total duration of 20 hours over two months for each of the users defined by segment.
Human instructor: whether in person or online, the training will be delivered by a human instructor available to users.
Completion diploma: a certificate of AI skills acquired will be awarded upon completion of the training.

First: 70 %
Second: 30 %

Maximum amount of the grant

50* ≤ X < 100 employees: 16.000€ (includes 20 users and training for at least 3 of them in associated AI)
100 ≤ X < 250 employees: 19.000€ (includes 25 users and training for at least 5 of them in associated AI)

* Segment IV includes companies with fewer than 50 employees that are considered medium-sized enterprises due to exceeding an annual turnover and annual balance sheet total of €10 million.
